This weekend, Daniel and I had the opportunity to work together with the incredible Dr. Adam Streck to devlop BSSBreach, a pentesting suite for DNA screening tools. Daniel and I learned a ton and we’re proud to have put together a veritable (if rough around the edges) biosafety research project in just a weekend.

Two expert judges concluded “this is a useful and grounded project” and it “seems like a valuable contribution to efforts in the space” - even though “the main limitation is experimental depth”.
